Sysero's integration with Entra provides secure authentication, user provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO). As well as a standard email/password authentication system, Sysero can use Entra ID as its identity provider, enabling users to log in using their Microsoft 365 credentials.

Additionally, Entra integration provides User and Group Sync by automatically synchronizing users, roles, and group memberships from Entra ID to Sysero for access control and permissions management. Conditional Access and MFA leverages Microsoft Entra's security policies (like multi-factor authentication, device compliance, or location-based access) to secure record management operations.

The primary goal of Sysero–HighQ integration is to connect automated workflows, knowledge assets, and document automation tools in Sysero with the secure collaboration and client portal features of HighQ.

This allows firms to:

• Automate document and data-driven processes in Sysero
• Push results, documents, and metadata into HighQ for client collaboration
• Provide clients with a seamless, branded experience in HighQ while the back-end automation and workflow logic runs through Sysero

Sysero's integration with HighQ brings together workflow automation and document assembly (Sysero) with secure client collaboration and project management (HighQ). This combination helps firms automate internal processes while providing clients with a polished, digital experience through HighQ.

The Sysero integration with DocuSign allows organizations to streamline document automation and e-signature processes within the Sysero workflow platform. It enables users to automatically generate documents using Sysero templates, send them directly to DocuSign for electronic signature, and track signature status—all from within Sysero. Once documents are signed, they are securely returned and stored in the appropriate Sysero matter or workspace, ensuring a fully automated, compliant, and auditable document lifecycle.

The Sysero Data Action Framework is a configurable system designed to automate and manage data-driven workflows within the Sysero platform. It allows organizations to define "data actions"—rules or steps that are triggered by specific data changes, user inputs, or workflow events. These actions can perform tasks such as updating records, sending notifications, generating documents, or integrating with external systems.

The framework is designed to connect Sysero workflows and data processes to a range of internal and external systems. Typical categories of integrations supported or implemented via the Data Action Framework include:

• Document Management Systems (DMS): Integration with systems such as iManage, NetDocuments, or SharePoint for saving, retrieving, and managing documents.
• Email and Messaging Services: Automated email generation, notifications, and communication through Microsoft Outlook or SMTP services.
• Databases and Internal Systems: Read/write actions to SQL databases or other internal data repositories.
• CRM and ERP Platforms: Integration with tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics for client and matter data synchronization.
• APIs and Web Services: Custom HTTP/REST API calls to third-party applications for data exchange or triggering actions.
• Document Assembly Tools: Use of Sysero's own document automation or integration with Microsoft Word templates for automated document creation.
• Authentication and User Management: Integration with Active Directory or SSO providers for user and permissions management.

In essence, the framework provides a low-code way to connect business logic with data operations. It helps streamline processes, maintain data consistency, and reduce manual intervention by letting administrators create automated responses and data transformations within Sysero's workflow environment.
